The recurring programme
One record across the programme, not a page per event.
Single-event tools do the first event well. GoAvo keeps the memory for the seventh. Everything in this list is in the product today.
Set up the next one

A page per event: A new page, built from scratch every time.
Spot who came back
One record across the programme: A repeat-guest filter on the attendee list, across your past events.
A page per event: A fresh list with no memory of last month.
Know how many will show
One record across the programme: Expected attendance as a range in event Setup, then the real check-ins after the day.
A page per event: A head-count on the day.
Hand over the numbers
One record across the programme: One download with a sheet each for registered, shortlisted, waitlisted, declined and checked in.
A page per event: A CSV of registrations.
Keep the community
One record across the programme: A community profile that lists every event, so members find what's next.
A page per event: A link that dies after the event.

Shortlist
Rank registrants against who the event is for, then approve, waitlist or decline from the attendee list. The shortlist is only what you approve.
- Audience match ranks registrations against your target audience, on Pro and Growth.
- Approve, waitlist or decline each registrant from the attendee list; a pick is only a suggestion until you apply it.
- Every decision shows as the Admission column on the attendee list and in the download.
Suspicious duplicates (different device or operator) are flagged to the Review Queue automatically.
Check-in
Scan QR tickets at the door or mark arrivals by hand; each attendee's record shows approved, ticket sent and checked in.
- QR check-in at the door, on every plan.
- Checked in is a door record, never an RSVP.
- The Attendance column on the attendee list shows who arrived.
Write to people, set up what sends itself, and see what went out.

Who GoAvo can reach
Using audience v1. Counts only: you see names once people register.
Groups under 10 people show as "Fewer than 10".
Audience
Describe who the event is for, tap Use this audience, and see how many people GoAvo can reach before you write a word.
- Your audience so far, from your own registrations, on every plan: lead-quality mix and top companies, with small groups kept hidden.
- Returning guests on the attendee list: Recurring Audience with Returning, 2+ past events, Product-aware and Past no-show risk.
- On Pro and Growth: saved audience versions, a count of who GoAvo can reach (numbers, never names), and a match check on every registrant.

How we count
RSVPs are registrations captured in GoAvo after de-duplication. Completed events exclude cancellations. Qualified leads are the registrants GoAvo's lead scoring qualified, which Firebolt reviewed. Checked in is a door record, never an RSVP. Tech Horizon figures are a dated pre-event snapshot and will be replaced after 9 Oct 2026. The Firebolt quote is trimmed with an ellipsis, never reworded. Nothing here is sample data.

Questions
Asked before starting
Are registrations really unlimited on Free?
Yes. Registrations are unlimited on every plan, including Free. You pay per event only when you want the paid features for that event.
What does the Free plan include?
RSVP and ticket pages with your own questions, QR check-in at the door, one attendance reminder per event, Who's coming on the public page, and the attendee download. Free does not include reaching people who have not registered yet.
I run a meetup every month. Which plan is that?
Free, for every ordinary month. Clone last month's event, publish, check people in. Upgrade just the flagship event to Pro when you want the AI shortlist and lead export.
Does paying start sending emails to anyone?
No, never. Payment unlocks features. Any message to a wider audience starts only after you approve the audience and press send yourself.
Who can see my attendee data?
You and the organisers you add. Wider-audience previews on Pro and Growth show counts, never names. Your attendee data stays yours: never sold. On Enterprise or with a custom DPA, your data is never used to train models.
